Americana Customs is a locally owned business based in Jacksonville, Florida, proudly operated by a military family. Our journey began with our brand, SOFUnderground.com, where we continue to fulfill custom orders around the world through our extended networks. Over time, we realized we were missing the opportunity to serve and connect with our local community.

We specialize in creating custom graphics and applying them to apparel using high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. From t-shirts and tanks to hoodies and more, we are committed to producing detailed, vibrant designs made to last. DTF prints are known for its durability, rich colors and flexible properties. This method allows us to produce detailed designs without the need for pretreatment. Compared to traditional printing methods, DTF printing offers greater versatility, low production costs, and a softer finish on a large range of fabrics.
